Well, just because they don't make a specific kit for that particular cab/bed configuration doesn't mean you can't buy a kit & add/omit components to install it on your truck. It's not like an engine part that has to fit precisely - many people use hockey pucks for body lifts.

If you want to read about trucks like that, click my black Bronco in my sig & look thru some of the technical albums, including the TSBs at the bottom. I don't have much info on diesels, though. An old edition of the Haynes manual is also a good investment.

I don't know which engines were DI/IDI, but TheDieselStop would be able to help you with that.
