Re: no headlights
Have you looked at the switch yet? It might have lose connections.
Did you hear a "click" of the relay when you turn on the headlights?
These are the two things that I could think of.
I'm unable to post the DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING page since I'm limited to the memory size.
