equipped with 4F50N or 4F27E. Inspect
automatic transmission/transaxle fluid level on
all other vehicles, if equipped with
dipstick. Consult your dealer for your particular
requirements.
I would like some opinions as to what I should do? Should I flush my transmission at 50,000? Is there any harm in doing so? I would hate to spend about $140 after tax and do some damage to my tranny.

Talk to the maintenance manager at the dealership. Point out the quote from your manual and verify (in writing if needed) that you do not have " ...
4F50N or 4F27E ..." and that there is no inspection possible due to the lack of a dipstick. Sometimes the manual and reality don't always agree, so trust but verify!!
