Re: 04 F150 4x4 4.6L needs more power
The aftermarket isn't as big with 4.6L parts as it is for 5.4L engines. You might be able to add a cam, headers, and then get a custom tune done to get the max HP out of your setup. Do not get a JET chip, as they're nothing but a useless & expensive paperweight.
