I wouldn't go above 3-4psi without upgrading engine internals. You might get away with 6-8psi for a short while but 10psi will most definitely melt parts that you don't want. You'd be best to upgrade pistons and gaskets. A good intercooled system at 6-8psi might last a while, but I'd suggest upgrading internals if it's a daily driver and you want it to last. ProCharger makes one of the best systems out there, and comes with a full intercooler to HELP to keep temps in check.
