SUV + high speed = NO. I'd leave the limiter the way it is. 100mph is plenty fast, and as mentioned above, you can only go as fast as the tires permit. Should you blow a tire overspeeding, you can run into insurance claim problems as well. You can get a custom engine program installed which can retune the PCM to different characteristics, such as change tire size, delete the speed limiter, and even play around with the transmission shift points.
