This is covered very very well in this video, I can now do it in 5 hours. The first time took me 7.
A great tool to have is a flexible (hard to find) strong hand driver with a 1/4 inch socket adapter on the end, this saves ALOT of time. Kinda like a long flexble screw driver basicaly but adapts to 1/4 inc
