There are a few manufacturer's that offer shelf pistons in a 0.040" overbore size. One of them is Keith Black forged pistons, and there are others such as Diamond which offers a pricier (and nicer) piston in any size you want.

Before you purchase pistons, you should really check out the condition of the bores in your cylinder block and make sure they are still true and round at 0.040". Otherwise, you may buy a set of pistons only to have the machine shop tell you that you need an overbore to 0.060", and so have your parts such as your cylinder block evaluated before you purchase anything.

Lastly, stroker kits purchaed as a set (crank, rods, pistons, rings, and bearings) usually offer some savings as opposed to purchaseing seperately. Let me know if you need a referral to a reputable stroker dealer who can get you pistons in any bore you wish with a stroker kit.
