hi, i found with my 262 degree@50" solid roller in my 383c with 190lb seat pressure springs damaged the collets with only 7,000kms on the clock.. they were the good machined collets not the cheap stamped ones.. the titanium retainers also showed some wear but these will probaly be good for 20,000kms.. i have now gone to 210lb seat pressure as recomended buy my machine shop so i think i may need to check my rockers more often to see whats wearing in the valve train before any damage is done... i shift at 6800rpm and run 11.44s @119mph.. cheers
