The dark blue with the green strip that is getting power is under the power distribution box under the hood. I then went and pulled the inside fuse box and checked the same color wire that goes into the connector on the top right of the fuse box and that is the one without power. Is this the one that you said to check?
"Fuse 106 under the hood feeds the circuit to 8 under the dash. It's the only place it goes from 106 with a Dark blue/ light green tracer wire. In the under dash paney it feeds that fuse and the Accessory delay relay. Just worry about fuse 8 and the wire and fuse 106 for now."<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
