My f150 with the 300 6cyl has 116500 miles on it. My uncle had an 88 f150 4x4 and a 302 with 250,000 miles onit when he traded it in. He rarely changed oil, and really worked the hell out of it. She still ran strong, but had a leaky rear main seal. We even blew the waterpump in the middle of nowhere once, drove it for 12 miles to a service station where the engine shut off all by itself. replaced the waterpump, started right up and ran at leats another 50K before he got rid of it.
