Yeah......get a new seal from Ford, take the cover off punch out the old one and glue in the new one......that is if you are talking the fuzzy thing that the shifter lever sides back and forth in.
If you are talking the trany it's self......pull the shift lever off by undoing the bolt. It will be a tight fit and hard to get off. There is a "o" ring to replace. Fords.
