The turboed 6 will make the power very easily, just build it up with a strong bottom end, decent flowing heads, and enough boost. (mmmm boooooost) BUT for areal pleasures, you can't beat the sound of a worked 351c being put through its paces!
The choice is really yours..what would you prefer and/or afford
