Terrritory is high on my shopping list next year.

While I think a V8 woudl be a sweet, and make us all feel warm and cuddly to know its there, i wonder how many v8 Territory would actually sell?

How many of us here can honestly say that they are seriously considering territory, but not if its I6 (turbo option please). HEy this thing is going to be big, heavy with a higher Centre of gravity then a falcon, its NOT going to be an XR beater, regardless how well done it is.

They need a cost concious "stripper version" (taxi fleet?) for cash strapped families, and they need a "Fairmont ghia" version, and one in between. Leave the HiPo version to FPV.

BTW I think the whole point of territory is that it is NOTHING like EXplorer or any of these light 4wd, as its baased on a road car, and drives like one, NOT a truck, bus or delivery van.

As I said Im up for one, but the Barra engine and that tiptroinc 4 speed is soo sweet it will do me fine (perhaps turbo). Its not exactly one of them strained peaky japanese 4 or tiny v6 like the others have.
