When I am dragging some 1 off and I go to change to 2nd gear the clutch wont release until the revs have been dropped. Whats had it??

Strange things like this happen when the diaphram cracks. It neather ingages properly or disingages for its not centered any more by the even tention..

Or its slipping, as revs drop it takes up the torque..

Well it seems to be functioning well - i.e. no slipping, going into gears smoothly, its just annoying when you are taking it to its limits and you go to release the clutch and you may as well of changed to neutral!
