Fixed it!!
Thanks to all who responded! It was indeed the speedometer sensor located on the rear axle (on top of the differential housing). Very easy replacement - it took me 10 minutes. 1 bolt holds the sensor in place. Disconnect the wire(harness), take out bolt, pull sensor out. Reverse process for new one! Easy. Part cost $19.84 plus tax (Houston TX). Apparently, this is a known, common problem. As soon as I replaced the sensor, the speedometer worked and the ABS light went off. I went back to Autozone and they reset the Check Engine light - for free! The dealership wants $200.00 to fix this issue(new sensor+labor)!!!!!!!!!!!
