Are you saying your vehicle didnt come with them?..or you had to buy new ones for replacement reasons?
i know there are many aftermarket companies that have the signal mirrors, but i would imaging ford has it "wired" but not conected. I would assume the same for the computer although it does tell how many more miles of gas you got which leads me to believe a sender unit with that imformation is instaled in the tank...
So what it will take is someone who knows what they are doing...which i am sure is not the answer you were looking for.
