I had an issue with mine also
I have a 99 EB 4x4. I had the exact opposite problem though so.... There is a "reset" or Off switch that you can flip. This turns off the air ride. It is located on the passenger side. You need to stick your head under the dash facing the firewall and you will see the panel/switch front upper right... if I remeber correctly (if your looking at the firewall/front of the vehicle). Turn it off...drive over a couple driveways speed bumps...the flip it back on...its a start....good luck
