1990 bronco code 62

I recently took my Bronco to the dealer to do a diagnostic and it pulled several codes all are now fixed except for a code 62 which I was told was "excessive convertor slip". Should I worry about this or not? I have a 1990 F/S Bronco 4x4 351 w/AOD or EOD (i've seen it both ways auto w/OD) VERY new to the Ford scene born and raised on the bowtie (sorry)Any help or advise would be helpful. OH--Trans has been rebuilt about 2yrs ago from previous owner (no paperwork) shifts perfect and no slipping.
