It'll be a problem with your tibbe locks not going down properly. Mine used to do the same when I removed the door trims to install speakers, it just takes a bit of stuffing around. A bit of silicone spray might help too. You have to remove the door trims and have a look.
Had to pull off the door trim and tighten the motor. Not probs after that.
U should be able to tell which door it is as it will jump up quiker than the rest
.. or if the tibbe locks getting stuck, it will be covered in scratches
