Might need to take it back and get it looked at . it seems to come from the middle air vents and its quite disturbing I have to put the radio up to shut the bloody thing up
Yeah mate they normally take a few years to develop, not a few months.
Id take it back and see what Ford say.
Dont be surprised if they say there is nothing they can do.
If you dont have a pasenger air bag, they tape the wires down behind the air bag cover, when the tape lifts, the wires rattle around in there...check it out.
My Fairlane dash rattles after a Ford guy removed the stereo to get a serial number. When he put it back, I noticed a rattle after I drove off. I discovered the other day that can make it rattle by simply banging on the bottom of the steering wheel at any time. When they put in the new stereo I'll mention it. Looks like a loose cable or something placed awkwardly or loosely.
Actually I found what it is. Its that black box a size of 2 match boxes on the passenger side thats supposed to be attatched to the metal bracket but it removes itself and then rattles
