Question 96 Bronco Rearend Thumping?

Hello all,
I have a 96 Bronco that i purchased used two years ago with 60K,The truck ALWAYS had a Rearend "thump".....from a dead start say from a stop light
when the gas is pressed (i dont have a lead foot) the truck makes one or two slight thumps that jerk the the truck then its fine on the road after that
at ANY speed, This just happens from a start. The truck has now 110K
and the problem is the same no better no worse, I have brought the truck to several mechanics and even a ford factory tech and all say its normal in a bronco.Being the type of person i am I cant accept that as an answer and need to know WHATS CAUSING/WHAT IS THE THUMPING. Any info would be much apprecated............thanks all.
