The other big advantage of diesels is the fuel consumption is a lot more stable, it doesn't skyrocket when towing heavy loads for example. I think between Organza, johnydep & Raptor everything has been covered! I wonder whether a diesel version of the Falcon six could be possible (as per Patrol 4.2 petrol/diesel engines), I think Ford were working on this years ago and it hasn't happened so perhaps not.
