At this point though, I think enough has been proven in the engine dept untill they can prove that all of that power can be put to terra firma with any degree of control. Im all for shitloads of power, but it aint any good just upping the power if you cant get it to ground. I mean, come on really, 913 Kw?? Some locomotives have less power. I think its time some of these tuning companies turned these power figures into times on the track and focused more on using what power they have created rather than trying to make more. At 913 kw's the car will have to have a reinforced titanium drivetrain and sewage pipe rear tyre dimensions to put the power down without spinning the car at the touch of the go pedal.
There's a saying, "drive for show, put for dough".
These engines will soon be in cars, then we'll get a report regarding how the drivetrain and the rest of the car hangs together.
One step at a time.
