Well it's been a while and thought I'd update this thread. I saw some debri (bits of leaves) inside the windshield washer reservoir so I decided to drain/rinse it out, of course first I had to remove the air cleaner bracket. I disconnected the washer reservoir but couldn't disconnect the electrical connection on the bottom (and certainly didn't want to force it). So I used an old meat baster to drain it and the debri (as I couldn't turn the reservoir upside down) angled it, and rinsed it with fresh water, drained it and repeated until all debri was removed, re-attached it all and magically the passenger side squirter started working! All for the price of washer fluid!
I also had a bad wiper arm on the drivers side, the blade to glass pressure was non-existent and my annual inspection was due. After seeing the new wiper arm, I discovered how to disconnect the old one. It was awkward and time consuming as the hood was in the way and the new arm would only go on if you lifted the blade, lined up the slot and pushed it all down on the hub simultaneously after disengaging the locking clip (here's the link). Hope this helps just 1 person!
