1989 Grand Marquis died/wont start

Howdy!
I have grandmas 89 Grand Marquis 5.0 EFI here that just got towed to my house.
It died on her and acted like it was out of fuel. ( it has 3/4 tank of gas).
It wont restart unless I spray carb cleaner at the intake then it runs fine until that burns off.
I cant seem to find an OBDII port on this car anywhere to see if it has any codes.
Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay or fuse is so that I can check that?
Is the fuel pump in the tank?
Can it normally be heard when you turn the key on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

It sounds like a fuel pump issue. If you turn the key on without starting it, you should be able to hear the pump run for a few seconds. You can repeat the key on to listen for it. There could be several reasons why it doesn't run. There is a port to check for codes but the OBDII wasn't until the mid 90s. That one takes a different tester.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked for power at the inertia switch and decided that the fuel pump was out.
So I decided to drop the tank and pull the pump before driving into town to pick up another one.
I grabbed the connector for the wires to removed it and it fell off in my hands.
I tightened up the connectors and...low and behold, It's healed.
Thanks again.
