1994 Crown Victoria Leaking

My Crown Vic leaks windshield washer fluid. Is there any way I can fix this? Replace it? Anything?

Also my Radiator has a very small leak. What Can I do about that. Thanks.

Is the washer leaking even when you don't use it? The tank area? Does it leak when you use it? The hoses or fittings?

Where is the radiator leaking? Seams, fin tubes?
