i have a 1995 crown vic it had two alternators and new batterys it charges then stops then charges and stopp kills batterys dont know what the iss is plaeses help

How do you know when it's charging or not? Have you checked the charge voltage at the battery?

yes every thing was tested out fine

You are going to have too check all ground locations /clean and reattact. Replace your main ground cable from the battery to the engine first..To see if this is a ground fault use booster cables and ground the body to the engine or add an extra new ground cable from engine too firewall. Post back if this works.
