1997 P71 Exhaust Manifold leak, IS FORD PAYING TO FIX?
Has anyone heard that Ford is footing the bill for the exhaust manifold leak on 1997 P71? A few people have told me this is true, once you supply the bill proving work has been done. Truth or just wishful thinking? The cheap Chinese studs are their issue, and it would be nice if they paid for the fix. Any help in this process would be helpful.

Those ppl are lying to you and FORD will not cover the repair.Bite the bullet and spend $200 to $400 hundred and fix it at a shop or try fixing it your self.good luckWhat ever you do replace all the bolts with studs on that side of the engine and save your self the nightmare redoing the repair again.
