2000 Crown Vic Vibration, Please Help

Hello, I am a newby to this forum, but I am extremely excited about being a member and about just getting my 2000 p-71 crown victoria. The only issue im having with the car is a slight vibration I can see in the side mirrors, and feel in the gas and brake pedal only when the car is at a stop idling, and it gets worse when I have my AC on. I would GREATLY appreciate ANY advice, because im a student without a whole lot of money, thus I am alo becoming a backyard mechanic lol.
Thanks Guys!!!

Does it seem like a misfire? the coil packs sometimes go out and you need to replace one or some. If it does, you can pull one injector wire loose at a time while it's running and see which one it is. Then check if the spark plug is bad and maybe it needs a tune-up. Make sure to torque the plugs the proper amount. Too tight and you can strip them or when the engine heats up and the cyl. head expands, it will pull the threads.. Too loose and the plugs can blow out. If the plugs look new or not very old, change the coil pack on the ones that don't make the engine run different unhookng the injector.

Sorry, Yeah, im an idiot...I neglected to add that I just replaced all 8 coilpacks(motor craft) and all 8 plugs(motorcraft)...and they are all tested fine lol, that info would have probally helped. Im pretty sure its not a missfire, its just a slight annoying vibration that is mainly there when the car is at a stop idling with the ac on. Other than that shes running and shifting like a champ.

Have you checked under the hood when it's doing that sometimes a hose or linkage will set against the engine and body and transfer the vibration that the motor mounts ar supposed to deflect.

My car is a 2000 also. I love it.

How many miles are on it? If they are many, the motor mounts could be worn down. If you have access to a floor jack, set it under the oil pan and slightly raise the engine to see if that helps.

Mine has 155k miles and was a Sherrif car. I painted it white and put the alloy wheels from a junk yard car so it looks like my avatar.

2000 Crown Vic Vibration at start

Have a 00 Crown Vic LX that I just purchased from an elderly and it only has 56Kmi. It runs like a dream! the only thing I noticed is that sometimes at start
I would hear a vibrating noise coming from the front under the hood for maybe a few seconds and it goes away and it doesn't happen in a consistent basis.

Where should I look to see where this vibrating noise is coming from?

Any help/suggestions would be awesome.

My 01' CV does that too, but not all the time. I suspect it's the serpentine Poly-V ribbed belt. It only happens occasonally on startup and only lasts 1-2 seconds. I just live w/it until its time to replace the belt.
