2001 CV Shutting down warm - Ford Forums

I've tried to get this answered but can't seem to get a good area to search in. Just bought 2001 cvp71 99200 local PD car runs great took it home about 50 miles washed and drove down freeway into cleveland vehicle check engine light came on and threw a p0401 dtc stalled coming off freeway. Cranked fine but had to let sit for about ten min started back up ran great til I came to a stop light and stalled again, cranked fine but had to let sit got it home and let vehicle cool off and she restarted and ran fine but code still present. cleaned egr valve and throttle body passage jumped back on freeway and vehicle started bucking under load and shut down just off freeway again. What gives?????? I can't be the only person to have this concern with a Ford. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

I think we have the answer crankshaft position sensor crapped out causing concern. Still have to address emissions concern but that's another day I guess
