2002 P71 Cylinder 3 misfire help please
Hello everyone. Ok I hope someone can help us out with this problem, my cousin and i have been trying to get his P71 running right, we keep getting the p303, cylinder 3 misfire and the car runs like crap. So far we have had the head rebuilt, new coils, injectors, and plugs and nothing has changed. The guy at the machine shop said the head wassn't warpped or cracked, it had a clogged valve, so the put new valves in , cleaned it all up, etc...
We have done a compression test on all cylinders, all are good except #3, we get 0 compresstion. We did the wet test, and still there was 0 compresstion.
The timing checked out ok. Now cylinder 4 is also coming up as a misfire off and on which we belive is a faulty wire causing that. Also, there is no smoke coming out of the exhaust, but there is some water coming out of the exhaust, and no odd fume smells.
So anyone have any info on this we would greatly appreciate it.
