2004 Ford Fairlane

In a secret project that Ford has kept tight wraps on for the past two years, a new rear-wheel-drive car is being developed that will fit into the full-size sedan market just above the Taurus but below the evergreen Crown Victoria. And the car is going to carry a name rich in Ford heritage: Fairlane. The hush-hush Fairlane project will produce a new vehicle by the model year 2004. Look for this car to offer both V6 and V8 engine power with a special version of the V8 aimed straight at the 60,000-unit-sales-a-year police cruiser market.

Seems you guys are getting ur own ehehe

It's under wraps in the US but you can see a major part of something like it in the Australian market

The New ford fairlane comes out here early next year and it's make on a LWB version of the current BA falcon platform.. of which has Dohc4.0L stright6/ stright6turbo, the new 5.4L 3 valve titan V8 and a 5.8 BOSS V8 options in a four door sedan, wagon, and ute bodies. and there is a 4X4 option in the making called the R5 which look simular to the cross-trainer prototype...

Both the Crown vic and the australian ford falcon share alot of componets, under there skins if you want it a great look...

www.newfalcon.com & www.ford.com.au

or you can get tones of info on the ford Australia Barra descusions section of this website...
