2007 CVLX AC Problem

Ok so in the fleet we have mostly p71s but we have one lx which has the digital climate control. The heat and ac both work in the car but the vents only blow on defrost, When i did the self check on the control unit it gave me code 025, Ive been reading and i can not for the life of me figure out if it is a control unit problem or a Heater Blend Door Actuator problem. thanks in advance guys

That has to be a vacuum problem. Check under the hood for a line leak, check valve or reservoir problem. It may be iside but the heat from the engine and flexing causes more leaks under the hood.

is there a vacuum diagram somewhere online, im still looking where i can pick up a manual for the car

I don't know of any diagrams online. Check the lines under the hood and you'll probably find it. Maybe someone else will post a diagram.

Another common problem with the digital climate control is the O-rings inside the control unit start leaking. They can be replaced without too much trouble. There is a writeup here:
