2009 Ford Crown Vic security question

Hello,

Does anyone know if you can disable the headlight/tailight flash feature on the '09 Vics? Everytime we close the door, the lights flash once or twice. Not such a good feature to have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Does it have an add-on alarm system?

No, just a regular police package. The '08s were not like that. Scratch my head wondering why Ford thought of this...

The 2009s we have don't do that. Something has to have been added unless there's a problem with the LCM.

It can be disabled but you have to get Ford too deactivate in the computer.
