How hard would it be to put 3 valve stang heads on my 96 crown victoria? If it is possible I'm sure somone has already done it. What type of hp/tq improvements would I see? I know I'd need the intake and some type of minor coolant pipe mods, anything else tho? I am also wondering how much it would bump my compression up. Running 87octane would be nice but I can't have any ping going on

I wouldn't waist your time. The problem there is that the 3 valve heads use variable cam timing to aid in makeing power. Unless you wanted to convert the whole thing and run the harnesses and change the PCM(powertrain Control Module) over. That to me seems like an aweful lot of work when you could just boost to make more power.

Thats one thing I thought about after, the VCT. Boost is fun, so is nitrous. I am getting a TransGO shift kit installed in a week, I will also be getting the full MSD coils w/ wires. My plan was a 100 shot, I have heard of stangs taking a 150. anyone running nitrous? and as far as the blower, I have yet to find a kit for my car
