Just picked this 93 Crown Vic up for $350...Brand new tires, alternator, p.s. pressure line, all front end parts and battery! This car has absolutely 0 rust through! Just hit 125k miles. Blows a little blue smoke on start up and accelerating from a red light, and needs a couple window motors, but otherwise seems to be a pretty decent car! Just thought I'd share my lucky find with you guys.

Any car that is in ok running condition for $350 is good car in my book, even if you have to put a grand into it.

The picture is on my computer. Tried to attach it via the attachments link and it won't attach for some reason. My signal sucks and the puter is old...

Register at something like photobucket.com, or imageshack.com, they make it real easy to post pics. Just sign up, load the pics from your PC to the site of your choice, then use the IMG code they give you to copy and past it here.

We'd love to see it, and the progress on it as you fix her up.

I was able to post a picture to my album but I can't seem to post one to this thread. The lady I got the car from is a family friend, and she wanted me to run it in the demo derby next month and just give her the scrap money when I was done...Well when I saw the car, it was just in too good of shape to smash in the derby, so I offered her $350 cash and she signed over the title! Gotta love it!

Good deal. Some of the best cars come from old ladies, some of the worse cars come from them too, but every now a then you get a diamond.

That's how I got a 1986 Buick Rivera with only 100k on it for $400. scrapped it two years ago, but it was a good car, I just wanted something newer.

One issue I forgot to mention...I can smell gas near the front driver side wheel, but cannot find a leak anywhere. Any common problem areas I should look for?
