Helping a buddy with a 88 wagon doing a nice little 331 performer heads and some other stuff. Looking for a long tube header. Needs to be atleast 1 5/8 tube size. I did a serch and see that some people use the mustang shortie. Just thought i would check for a long tube. Thanks.

No one makes long tube headers for panther chassis cars, unfortunately. Pretty much everyone that puts headers on uses shorties. Basically your only option if you want long tubes is to have a set custom made ($$$).

Thanks. Do you know if the equal lenghts will work or just the standard ones.

I think the equal length headers will fit, but I'm not sure. I know for a fact that the standard shorties will fit. Most of the guys I know are running standard shorties, and do quite well with them--I'd say the advantage of the equal lengths is debatable, but that's up to you.
