96-04 2V Mustang Long Tube Headers???

Does anybody with a 98-02 Crown Vic have this?? I was thinking about trying it. I'm not sure if I would have to pull the motor out, or cut into the Headers a bit to get them to fit, but I think it's worth a shot for the HP & TQ gains...

Hmmm, not to sure. My buddy has a 98 CVPI with cams, high stall, nitrous, etc. and his longtubes had to be custom fabricated. It costed him $1200. Now, on the contrary, I believe stainlessworks is fabricating longtube headers that will be available to the general public very soon. This is all I know, but I would assume that he would've done 2V headers from the Mustang if they would have fit. My guess is that there is some fitment issues there, otherwise this whole custom header design would be a waste of time on their part. I could be wrong though....
