Wow must be a rare occurance no one has had this .If I go to kick down the car I also get a hesitation or a lag in the throttle.Could it just be wires?

My ranger had a similar problem. Seafoam fouled the plugs and I kept getting an o2 sensor code with the Check engine light. Try getting some mass airflow sensor cleaner and start there.

Vacuum leaks anywhere after the MAF can cause this code or the MAF itself. Check the vacuum lines on the right side of the engine beside the throttle body. There is a vacuum tee that likes to collapse and leak. There is a vacuum line that plugs in to the throttle body at the bottom left side. It is a straight piece of hose on the end of a plastic line. This one also collapses and leaks.

It is also possible that you have two bad o2 sensors.
