96 grand marquis engine swap help

my 96 grand marquis with 105,000 miles intake manifold blew out. I changed that but then realized i was now burning Antifreeze because my car had over heated and blew out a head gasket. My question is do I change the head gaskets or is it easier to just change the whole engine out with a different 4.6? Where can I find instructions step by step for either of both?
Thanks,
George

Car was great utill this happened but now breaks have went out and catalitic converters (both) have gotten holes in them and the heater now will mostly blow just cold air. If it blows hot, its just for a second then gets cold again. Are these possibly related to the car burning antifreeze because of the head gasket going out. I did a temp fix by using the chemical for Auto Zone that seals leaky head gaskets. It worked but not as good as new. Have driven about 3000 miles since the chemical was added.
