Today the 'Check Air Suspension' display on the electronic display lit up. The switch in the truck is 'on'. I am wondering if it is worth converting the air suspension to a regular suspension system. I saw replacement springs from $100-$200. Wondering if anyone has done this and if they have any words of advice. Car has 200,000 kilometers on it and has never had any suspension problems. Should I turn off the 'air suspension' switch.

Definetly turn it off, Moog makes rear springs call cargo coils. I put them in the rear of my Grand Marquis and they are great, they will allow heavy loads without dropping down like stock coil springs. Also included with my set were instructions on how to turn the light suspension light off.
