confused 98 grand marquis cranks but won't start

Hi everyone. I'am stumped on this problem. I was driving a few weeks ago parked the car and shut it off and ever since it won't start. The only thing I noticed before hand was a squeal coming from one of the pulleys (perhaps) I have checked the fuel pump fuses and relays and sprayed starting fluid into the intake it seems the problem is no spark but I'm lost on what could cause this.

Could be the CKP sensor. Have you verified that it isn't getting spark? The fuel pump runs for a few seconds every time the key is turned to run>
