Hi all im in need of some help again, I have a 99 cvpi that the wipers only work on the fastest speed, I guess its better than the lowest, but even when I turn them off the wipers just stop where they are they wont go down, any ideas?

That's usually The wiper motor. It could be the module, but more than likely the motor since it doesn't park.

I agree. I had the same problem with my CV 3 or so years ago - it was the wiper motor. Good luck.
