Welcome litng1!

I'm gonna take and educated guess on the door code. Try checking the passenger side trunk hinge. Sometimes there is a sticker on there with the code, otherwise you may have to look behind the driver's side door panel.

As kstromberg said it's written on the drivers door module inside the door. The trac off is to turn the traction control off when you don't want it controling the traction. It should be mentioned in the owners manual. If you don't have a manual, you can download one here. https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp
