3-4- Restraint System- Safety Belt Pretensioner Fault (Passenger Open/High Resistance Fault)
It relates to the RF passenger seat belt retractor assembly, which has a pretensioner on it (an air bag charge) that fires in an accident to cinch the seat belt into the lock position. The diagnosis requires the factory scan tool and some other special tools to diagnose.
There is a code 4-3 by the way.
