i am converting to center wheel hub caps and i am wondering about the lug nuts required

i have seen places say i need Collared Lug Nuts and if its really necessary

also i am changing the interior and i have found perfect black leather interior that was a old fbi car but the vic i have is not bucket seats any suggestion on a center console

also the doors best paint/spray to paint the plastic to match the seats

If you don't have collared lug nuts, you'll have to get some. I put a center console made for a van and it fits good. I bought it at Walmart for $23. Not sure of what paint to use.
