best tire pressure for safety/fuel efficiency

as the title states above, does anyone know the ideal tire pressure for fuel efficiency and safety?

Why buy a Police Interceptor when they will pay me to drive one?

On the inside of your drivers door or B pillar there should be a sticker stating Recommeded tire size and pressure and if all else fails 35 psi.

air pressure and tire size recommendations are on the passenger rear door pillar NOT the drivers door area... i usually put my tires at 35 in front and 35-40 in the rear tires.

absolutly correct ran out to my 91 vic and sticker is on passengers c pillar. Sorry for faulty info. Canadian models aren't the problems, just the ones on the keyboard.

With the size and weigh of the CV/GM, I normally put 35 PSI up front and 35-40 PSI in the rear. It does get a little loose on wet roads and some ice, but if you know how to handle the car, it's no big problem.
