im looking for a blackout headlight and tail light kit for my 02 gm dose anyone know where to look for them

They're not worth the hassle.

Go to Wal-Mart and get the biggest, blackest pantyhose you can. Pull the lens from the tail light housing, put the hose around it so it fits somewhat tightly without tearing, then find a way to secure it. Re-install the lens and housing and you have blackout lights for $2 and if something happens, you can replace them for really cheap. They look better that way, in my opinion and they allow the lights to shine through much brighter at night.

I've seen the headlight/taillight covers get stolen WAY too often to spend money on them. After all, they're only secured using Velcro.

For things like taillights, you can use a product called "Niteshades" which tints the taillights for you...
