car vibrating

i have a 92 merc grand marquis. the car vibrate heavy at low speeds an stops as i go faster. also when i shift the car from park to reverse or drive an take my foot off of the brake the car does not even roll. does anybody kno wat the problem might be?

Maybe the park brake is hanging up. That can cause both.

Put the rear axle on jack stands and see what happens when shifting from P to R at idle.
